• Step 1- Submit Puppy Buyer Application and pay the (Non-Refundable $25.00 USD fee.​​​

• Step 2- Give Heart of Toys Puppies 48 hours for reviewal of your application.​

• Step 3- Receive my decision for your application.​

• Step 4 (A)- If received my Approval via email, text and/or phone call you can immediately pay Deposit, pay Full Purchase Price for your puppy and/or pay Waiting List Deposit. Payable directly on website pages or on website via scan codes. (Approved Homes Only will receive a deduction/credit of $25.00 USD on Invoice). The payment which you submitted with the puppy buyer application will be credited to the deposit or full purchase price of your puppy and you will receive an Invoice with proof of deduction/credit.

• Step 4 (B)- If you did not receive my Approval within 48 hours please contact. If application is not accurate or filled out improperly application is Denied automatically. If received Denial, details of decision will be provided. If did not receive my Approval to purchase or pay deposit, but received a Conditional Acceptance to join waiting list, it just means I did not have the puppy of your choice available and/or puppy was selected by families on waiting list. Joining our waiting list guarantees your spot for your puppy.

• Step 5- If you’re on Puppies Waiting List, I will deduct your $545.50 Puppies Waiting List Deposit from Deposit Price.

Ex. Not including taxes Total purchase price is $3,000.00. Your deposit which is half price of total purchase price would be $1,500.00 your deposit due upon puppies’ arrival $1,500.00-$500.00= $1,000.00 which will be due the day you select your puppy.

• Step 6 (A)- After you pay deposit on website you will immediately receive receipt of transaction. I will send you an invoice with your remaining balance. You will receive an official contract after puppy and/or puppies are paid in full. The Invoice serves as your receipt and will include your total purchase price split into two payments Deposit & Remaining balance which serves as your receipt.

• Step 6 (B)- If placed a deposit for Puppies Waiting List Deposit whether for our Miniature Pinscher’s or Chihuahua’s I will deduct your Waiting List Deposit from your pup/puppies’ deposit which is due upon puppies’ arrival. Deposit is due immediately after receiving my approval. (Zelle has been the best payment method due to no holds) I would love to give more time but our other families waiting in line for our,

***I will immediately update Website as Received Deposit & Remaining balance will show due on or before your puppy turns 7 WKS.

• Step 7- Immediately after Deposit is Received your puppy of choice will be moved to on Hold/Sold area on website Available Puppies page, under your name which you submitted an application & remain here until you pick up your baby @ 8 Wks. of age. If paid deposit to join waiting list your name will remain on waiting list page until we have your puppy available. Remaining Balance is Due on or before 7 WKS of Age. (If puppy is being picked up, being shipped or being delivered @ 8 WKS of age, remaining balance is due on or before 7 WKS of Age). If balance of the total purchase price is not paid by the time the pup is 7 WKS of age, the deposit is forfeited, and pup will be available for sale to public again & deposit is non-refundable under no exceptions & no 

  circumstances.

• Step 8- I will begin typing your contract which will include spay/neuter details, my information, puppy price, deposit received & remaining balance etc.

• Step 9- You receive contract read it, sign it & hold on to it, this serves as your receipt. I will have your paper copy ready @ pick up. If shipping and/or delivery will receive all documentation via mail.

• Step 10- Pick up time and delivery of your exotic toy puppy. Please be ready to smile for the camera, this is a necessary step to ensure that your puppy has made it safely in your care. If receiving your puppy using our shipping services, you must submit a photo with your puppy and submit it to Heart of Toys Puppies ensuring us that your baby has made it safely in your care.

• Step 11- If you're completely satisfied with our services and would like to write a review, like and follow all social media platforms, you will receive a huge reward from our Heart of Toys Puppies Loyalty Reward program. (Ask for more details)!

Deposits are Non-Refundable, Under No Circumstances! 

A delay in sending payment will result in puppy being sold to another person. 

Acceptable Payments are listed below.  

PayPal, PayPal Zettle, Cash App, Zelle, Credit & Debit Cards, Money Orders, Personal Checks & Cashier Checks.

 I do offer longer stay but it will be at the new owner’s expense. $50 a day includes board & care.

Payment Information
You may put a non-refundable deposit on a puppy to hold it, the balance must be paid in full, and all checks/payments cleared before we deliver the puppy or puppy is picked up. Please allow 14 days for checks to clear. We accept Zelle, PayPal Zettle, Cash App, PayPal, Personal Checks, Cashier Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & (Debit Cards). We are 100% PCI Compliant. If anything happens to your puppy you will be contacted immediately, and your money will be refunded, or you may choose another puppy.

If you plan on sending a check, I highly recommend you send it either certified mail or priority.  This way it is assigned a tracking number and the postal service will track it to assure it doesn’t get lost or stolen. The puppy will not be delivered or placed on hold until the check arrives, & not delivered until check has cleared.

 * Remember if paying by Credit card always ask that they are” PCI compliance” certified this means your credit card numbers are not stored and never shared with anyone. We are fully Compliant!

🐾❤️🐾 We have the rights to refuse sales to anyone if we don’t feel its proper situation for our puppies/babies, we have the rights for the first pick and price change at any time of purchase. All puppy prices are for limited registration only, and sold to pet homes. We may consider Full AKC to approved homes only for additional fee. 🐾❤️🐾
